Cialis
Cialis (tadalafil) is a popularly prescribed PDE5 inhibitor that works by providing you with up to 36 hours of efficiency, allowing you to have sex at any moment within this period of time. It has been specially designed for men with erectile problems and helps to achieve harder erections when needed. Serious side effects of this medication are possible, although quite rare. Make sure the following symptoms are reported to your doctor as soon as you get them: irregular heartbeat, nausea, sudden vision loss, sweating, vision changes, priapism, convulsions, lightheadedness, sudden hearing loss, swelling in your hands, chest pain, shortness of breath, and ringing in your ears. However, in most cases you will get only mild side effects, such as stuffy nose, diarrhea, warmth or redness in your face, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, back pain, and an upset stomach. Most people will experience no side effects at all, while others may get a few ones that are most likely to go away on their own. Make sure you never exceed the dose of Cialis you have been prescribed. Cialis is taken on the when needed basis, but you are not supposed to take it more often than every 24 hours to avoid an overdose and a number of unpleasant symptoms. Since you are unlikely to be on a dosing schedule, you do not need to worry about missing a dose. Make sure you never share your medication with other people to whom it was not prescribed. An overdose of Cialis is not expected to produce life-threatening health effects, but the following ones are still possible and need to be reported to your local emergency center: indigestion, headache, flushing, priapism, pain in the back, heartburn, stuffy or runny nose, and some other ones. Priapism is a side effect that can happen if you have taken too much of Cialis and is fraught with permanent damage of the tissues of your penis. Priapism can be characterized as a painful erection lasting for longer than 4 hours. Grapefruit and grapefruit juice have been reported to cause interference with Cialis. Make sure you avoid using these products while taking this medication to make sure you are benefitting from the dosage taken. You can also discuss your diet with your doctor to establish when you can drink grapefruit juice and in what quantities. Ask your doctor any other questions you have to make sure you will benefit from the treatment as much as possible.
